Real Estate
At REAL, we share a passion for learning about Real Estate, as well as the multifaceted career opportunities that exist within the industry. We have several professionals within the career field attending our presentations to discuss their professions and share their tips for success. Some topics we cover are: Success in Commercial Real Estate, Success in Residential Real Estate, and Property Investment.
Personal Finance
We are dedicated to helping students prepare to take control of their personal finances and plan for future financial success. Some personal finance topics we cover through speakers presenting are: introduction to personal finance, the home loan process, building multiple income streams with Airbnb and VRBO, and overall personal finance tips for students and their post collegiate endeavors.
Social & Professional Aspects
We focus on continually creating social opportunities for network building, starting possibilities for long lasting friendships and future collaborations. Some social event ideas are: Grand Station bowling, ice skating, picnic, group dinner, and more. Each presentation will also have a Q & A to learn more about the speaker's career path or skill set, whether it be real estate or personal finance related.
Leadership
We have several different opportunities for leadership within REAL, giving students the opportunity to take initiative, and contribute efforts to the organization as a whole. We have Officers, Executives, and Members.
We focus on making the maximum positive effort that will continue to be of importance years after graduation. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us accomplish success.
